Stacey was a true gem and a helluva nice man. He was always an avid supporter of HHS athletics and was Hamtramck to his core. Whenever we were together, Stacey was always quick with a laugh and spoke ever so proudly of his children. My best regards to all-time favorite students Kevin and Rachel and the entire Stacey family. Rest easy, my friend.
My friend +++David Szczepkowski+++ was neighbor to Stacy on the 8th floor @Hamtrack Heights.
Also, tY for your services at Adam’s Bar & distributing food!!!
+++Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord & let your perpetual light shine upon Stacy+++Amen+++
Dear Stacy was always a very kind man. I’ve known him for many years never said anything bad about anyone. So sorry that he had to leave us. He will be missed dearly.
Stacey always the charmer. You will sadly be missed. You were a good man. A great dad, and a wonderful friend.
We had 22 great years together. Hope you are singing with the angels.
Til we meet again. RIP

On behalf of the John W Smith Old Timers Club membership, our sincere condolences to the Stacey family for your loss.
Stacey was our best salesman, friend and member for many years, He worked every fundraiser raising money for the Capuchin Soup Kitchen and many other charities. He’s probably selling 50/50 raffle tickets in heaven as we speak. Ed will will surely be missed but never forgotten.
May he rest in peace!
Sincerely,
