Beloved son of Maria and the late William Sr and husband of the late Theresa. Dear Brother of Maria (Carl) Norman, Joseph (Sheryl), Keith (Rachel), Karl (Susie) and the late Kevin. Step father of Sue, Lewis, Cristian (Karla) and the late Lola. Uncle of Joseph Jr (Danielle), Carl Jr (Beata), William, Keith Jr (Rachel), Bianca, and his Buttercup, Tiffini. Grandfather of Rebecca, Ashley, Mickie, Ronald, Cynthia, and Duke. Billy is also survived by many great grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
Billy was care free and lived for his wife and grandchildren. His grandson Mickie worshiped the ground he walked on.
