(nee’ Holdway) Wife of the late Leonard and mother of Tanya, Isaac Kondoff, and the late Steven. Grandmother of Rachel and Victoria. Charlotte worked at Lucille’s Dress Shop and was a member of: Ludington Historical Society, Ludington Humane Society, Ludington Garden Club, Hamtramck Preserve our Parks, and the Hamtramck Beautification Commission. Charlotte won many Blue Ribbons for her floral arrangements & horticulture skills. Private services were held by Charlotte’s family with burial at All Saints Cemetery, Waterford Michigan.
