He was also preceded in death by his cousin, Alan Skrok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He leaves behind his cousin, Robert Skrok; nephew Michael Mokszycki, his wife Jennifer, and their daughter Elizabeth; and niece Nancy Mokszycki and her daughter Stevie. David will be remembered with love and fond memories by his family and all those whose lives he touched<\/p>\n<p>He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.<br \/>\n<b>May
