Dear wife of the late Jerzy and loving mother of Joanna (David) Iafrate and Jacek (Katarzyna). Urszula is also survived by her grandchildren: Robert (Amanda), Luca, and Great Grandson, Leon. She is the daughter or the late Zenon and Aurelia Jarosz.
