Theresa Mokrzan (age 46)

Daughter of Mary and the late Siegmund and sister of Mary, Tina, Frank, and Michelle.  She is also survived her niece and nephews: Omar, Christian, and Caylee and many other cousins.

Theresa fought for 32 years after her cardiac arrest when she was 15.  She loved the Detroit Red Wings and especially the “Captain”  Steve Yzerman.  He was the voice that she recognized in the hospital  that made her heart rate increase.  She will be missed by her mother and the rest of the family that cared for her.
