Frank M. Poljanac (age 52)
September 27, 2024
Dear son of Michael and Mary Ann and father of Justin and Niko. Loving brother of Shawn (Bryce), Michael (Christina), Matthew (Anya), Charles (Jennifer), Jessica (Aaron), and Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
Frank enjoyed hunting, golf, music, dancing and loved his friends and more importantly his family. He was a very talented person and knew how to light up the room when he walked thru the door.
