Anna Wojcinski
August 21, 1930 – January 22, 2022 (Age 91)

Anna is survived by children Kathleen, Ralph (Deborah), and Frank (Dawn) Wojcinski; Grandchildren Carolyn (Shane) Peterson, Elizabeth (Ryan) Sample, and Emily Wojcinski (Fiancee Bryan Painter), and Matthew Wojcinski; Great grandson Finn Sample.  She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph; parents Martin (Marcin) and Veronica (Weronika, nee Piekarz) Nahorodny and all six of her siblings.

Anna worked in her younger years but spent most of her adult life as a homemaker and mother. “Grammy” loved children and nature. She had a passion for feeding the birds and squirrels.

A Catholic funeral Mass will be scheduled at a later date at St. Florian Catholic Church, 2626 Florian St. in Hamtramck, Michigan. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation before or reception after the Mass, but the Mass is open to all who wish to attend.

Inurnment to be scheduled privately for a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Hamtramck Goodfellows, c/o Hamtramck City Hall, Boys Town in Omaha, Nebraska, or the charity of your choice in her name.
